Severe Weather Arrangement

  • 若取貨日早上八時正 (08:00 am) 天文台正懸掛黑色暴雨、八號或以上颱風警告信號，當日將不會安排任何交收或送貨，敬請原諒。

If typhoon signal no.8 or above, or black rainstorm warming is hoisted at 8:00am on
your pickup day, all studio pickup and delivery service will be cancelled.

 

  • 當日之訂單並不會進行退款，客人可重新選擇適合而有效的日子(以當天起計60天內) 作交收，過程中不會收取任何額外費用。

There will be no refund, and you can reschedule pickup date (within 60 days from
cancelled) without any extra charges.

 

  • 若黑色暴雨、八號或以上颱風信號於上午八時正 (08:00 am) 後發出，於信號懸掛期間，將不會提供任何交收或送貨服務。

If typhoon signal no.8 or above, or black rainstorm warming is hoisted after 8:00am on
your pickup day, all studio pickup and delivery will be cancelled.

 

  • 暴雨及颱風信號取消後，客人可因應天氣情況親臨我地工作室自取，送貨服務會因天雨關係而取消。如客人未能在上門自取時間內取蛋糕，翌日取回即可。

If typhoon signal no.8 or above, or black rainstorm warming is lowered within our
business hour, delivery service will still be cancelled, but you are welcome to pick up at studio on the same day or
next business day.
